Maternity leave
I'm a lawyer at a small firm without a policy on maternity leave. We are not covered by FMLA. I'm interested in what other people's employers do for them, particularly lawyers. Is your leave paid for completely? Partially? How long? Were you expected to not take a vacation? Thanks y'all 😀
