36 weeks...question

So, starting yesterday I am getting some pretty horrendous pains in my lower abdomen/ uterus. Not to sound gross but it's right where you'd get bad poop pains. They literally make me gasp. It only happens when he moves and last about a second but holy moly does it hurt. Also, last night it was feeling like someone sucker punched me numerous times in the uterus. The pains ARE NOT contractions. I'm just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this. I never had any of this with my daughter. I really don't want to have to page my Dr on the weekend if it's not necessary. In between the random pains I feel perfectly fine. I turned 36 weeks today.
