Pregnant with IUD

Hi everyone! I'm new to this app. I am hoping to hear from anyone with a similar situation or just any input at all!

I found out I was pregnant last week and also had a copper IUD inside still! Obviously I was not planning on getting pregnant l, but now I have never wanted anything more in my life. The IUD had moved into the lower cervix in the canal. I had my first ultrasound early as I was high risk. I seen my doctor yesterday and found out I'm about 5 weeks 2 days along. And there was a very small gestational sac in my uterine cavity. It's not ectopic, thank god. I let the doctor also remove my IUD yesterday. The IUD came out so easy as it was right near the opening. No bleeding, no pain. Now I am just playing the waiting game to see if it will cause a possible miscarriage. Trying to think of ways to keep positive and relax. It sucks I can't be fully excited quite yet without knowing if the pregnancy will be viable. Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice or lovely thoughts would be greatly appreciated !
