My period is late ???

I have the copper IUD and my period is usually one or two days late every month and but this month it's 6 days late.. I've had a stressful and pretty imbalanced months so maybe that delayed it??? But 6 days?? I have a little bit of pain in my lower stomach sometimes like possible period cramps but no period? Should I be worried?! Please help

This is happening to me too this month, and I have the Paraguard IUD. 4 days late, had some spotting yesterday but no period yet. Had cramps on and off for the last week. Glad to hear that this happens with the copper one! I had a super stressful weekend at work last weekend when I was supposed to get my period, so that might have thrown me off a bit...

This happened to me this month. My period was due the 29th of last month, I did not get it until the 14th of this month.

This happened to me too. I've had the copper iud over a year and this month my period was a week late. I got light cramps when I should have gotten my period but it never came. A week later I got intense cramps and my period started. I took a pregnancy test a few days after I had expected my period to come and it was negative. I plan on calling my obgyn about it. I also had a hectic month/was sick for most of the month so maybe that's why?
