Self control with food ?
Prior to pregnancy I was healthy and working out, now that I am pregnant I have no self control , and I think I should I shouldn't just go all out , im still exercising but that's not enough with bad diet, anyone else that's fit how are you self controlling yourself and I know craving and indulging sometimes is ok but how do you not do it everyday? Any tips greatly appreciated, i have already gained 10lbs I am 15 weeks tomorrow I'm worried I'll gain alot since I have no self control.
