Hcg level plateau?

When do hcg levels plateau? There's some confusion as to how far along I am. Either 7 weeks or 8 (date of last menstral versus size of gsac). Last Friday levels were at 2354. This week they are at 2929. Taken exactly a week later. I have a SCH (bleed). Anyone have any insight? I just started crying when I got lab results.

This is my 4th ER visit. I'm sitting in waiting room now. Not Rh- so it's just the SCH. but it's getting pretty heavy, clots, cramps. My concern is that hcg read. At 7 weeks it should still double right?

When I was pregnant with my first I went to the ER due to heavy red bleeding, clots, and cramping. When I asked about bloodwork they said it wouldn't really be useful because numbers would likely have platued by then. I was just over 10 weeks. I also had a SCH. If you are experiencing bleeding and they haven't checked you, you should be checked if you're RH-.  I found out I was at the ER so I had to get the Rogame(sp) shot at that point and every 12 weeks after
