Pupps? Pregnancy rash?

So I thought I had an allergic reaction to a shirt I was wearing because I developed an itchy, bumpy rash where my shirt was. I went to the doctor and she said it's a rash women tend to get near the end of their pregnancy and that there really isn't anything they can do unless it gets really bad. Has anyone else had this around 13 weeks? Any idea on how to help it? I'm taking oatmeal baths at night and using benadryl cream a couple of times a day...
