I was obese a few years a go and I have lost over 4 stone in the last 3 years! I am now a healthy weight! 
I found it incredibly difficult to loose the weight! And I would love to start a family but I am worried about piling on all the pounds again! If I eat healthy and still stay active would I gain back most of the weight? I know everyone is different but I just want to know how much people put on throughout their pregnancies! Would love to hear all of your stories
