Period

I'm in birth control and me and my boyfriend had sex, we used a condom, but we kept going after he cummed, but when we were done there was nothing left in the condom, and me freaking myself out I took a plan B pill not even a hour after it happened, it's my second time having to turn to plan B, but I was suppose to start my period two days ago, but I just have cramps and discharge? What's going on?
