Progesterone pessaries help
I just used my first one, I laid down after putting it in for half an hour like instructed. When I went to the toilet after I had like small white clumps of the pessarie in there and quite a bit of creamy discharge come out. Is this normal? I feel like for what came out and how big it was to begin with I wouldn't of absorbed enough.
