Symbolic baby awareness??

My husbands in the navy and were in South Carolina right now while he's in school,but will be hopefully moving to our permenant duty station in about four months. We don't want to get anything baby-wise until we get there cuz it's just more stuff we'll have to move.  But I haven't went to the dr yet (waiting on my insurance to switch), therefore we haven't told any family either. What's some ways to like celebrate or kinda remind (not like I'll forget, but just something for show) ourselves that there's a baby in there. Since I can't look at my baby's clothes or bedroom or anything?? If that makes since..
