So I've been on the pop pill for one cycle of it because of birth control, to control my skin and to attempt to regulate my period. I feel like the pill has screwed up my hormones even more! My skin has absolutely broken out and I've had my period three times in the space of a month. Once for three days, two day break them for 13 days and now it's been a day and I've started again!! Is this normal? It's so so annoying and I'm cramping and my skin is awful!! What do I do????
