Need some help

I took my last pill of 100 mg on the 14th of February. I still have not gotten a peak day. I normally peak on the 7th day after my last pill. This is my 4th cycle of clomid. 1st one was 50 mg and the last 3 have been 100mg. Anyone else have this problem? Could I still ovulate? When I put in my info on Glow it has pushed my fertile week back and has changed my period to 32 day cycle. I'm so confused as to what is going on.
