Help ! I just found out I was pregnant!

I took a test with fmu about an hour ago and it was positive. Okay well I went back to the potty and now I'm bleeding. Not bad bad but some. It's kinda bright in color and pinkish. I took a test last night because I as suppose to start my period yesterday and I didn't see a line but this morning you could definitely see it. This is my first pregnancy and I'm terrified. Should I be worried ? What should I do ? Don't judge me for asking. I'd rather know that I'm doing the right thing that do the wrong. Thanks everyone ! 💞👶🏼💙
