Night sickness?
I am 6 weeks and 3 days. 2 days ago a new symptom occurred. I've been so sick at night, really nauseous and dizzy and I've been having back pain (feels kind of like tightness up my spine ). Everything else is normal and in the morning I feel fine. Is night sickness a thing? I haven't had any symptoms in the mornings.
