Seeking help?

Month #4 TTC, I tested this morning and got a BFN. 7 days till my period is due so I know there's still a chance...but I'm pretty sure I'm out. Next month I plan on using OPKs and preseed, if month number six rolls around I may consider seeking professional help, I know it's recommended you try for 12 months first (I'm in my 20s) but I'm not sure I can take another six months of this! Anybody else choose to seek help sooner than later? I don't want to waste a whole year TTC if there's an issue we don't know about! God I hate this I just want my baby already! :'(
