Help !!

Okay so I'm 5w4d today and this morning I noties a few slight cramps, which is not out of the ordinary, I've had slight cramps since I found out I was pregnant. However this morning, I went to the bathroom and there was blood. It's a light pink color, but still ... Am I over reacting ? I went to the doctor last night for sharp pains in stomach and was told it was just gas., and my hG count was around the 300 ... I have no idea what any of that means but, the doctor said that everything was normal and that the low count meant that I was super early ... Somebody please tell me I'm just panicking ??! Has this happened to anyone else ?
