Did you guys quit seafood cold turkey??

Sea Food as long as is cooked (well), it's fine.  Even sushi, as long as it's not raw. Nothing raw,  nothing undercooked. That goes for all foods, not just seafood.

As long as it is cooked yes. There are certain types of fish such as swordfish and shark that should be avoided due to high levels of mercury. Just go to Google for a complete list :)

Seafood is fine, healthy in fact you just have to be picky on how much and which types of fish you're eating.
