Ok ladies tell me your favorite song that helped keep your mind focused and help get through contractions? I'm hoping to go completely intervention free if at all possible and have read listening to music helps. TIA!

I dont have particular songs but try reading up on hypnobirthing. It involves a soundtrack that you relax to. I do believe there are some examples on you tube.

Haven't had baby yet but I plan on having enya, yanni, the used, Carrie underwood, Miranda lambert, my chemical romance, under oath, newsboys, dc talk, and Ben folds playing :) I would think just songs that take you to a happy place that helps you forget about what might be happening around you would be good :)
