Girdles after c section???

What's the best girdle after having a c section???

I was wondering the same thing. I have been looking into the bellefit and also belly bandits.

C Panties are AWESOME for the week following surgery cause they don't cause pressure or pain but hold you in. I couldn't wear a girdle till at least a week after cause it would rub on my incision and be very painful.

Belly bandit is wonderful! And yes bring it to the hospital! Some hospitals will give you one, but sometimes they're kind of worn out and dont offer much support. I used one of the bands, it makes it so much easier to get up and down out of the bed without using those ab muscles.
