Have you ever done a home cervical sweep?

I did with my second and third.

I first just was checking my cervix, and when I noticed it was dilated by one centimeter, I pushed it open a little day by day, I was 40 weeks. Took me a week to finally do a full sweep of my cervix.

I just ran 3 fingers on the inside of my cervix in a circular motion. I went into labor at 41 weeks and 4 days.

I will be doing this again if my doula says it's 👌 this time around. She advised me to get things going naturally to avoid an induction. 😃 hopefully this time around that will also be the case. It definitely brings on labor!
