Blood

I'm 35 weeks and 2 days. Twice today I have noticed a very tiny spot of blood on the toilet paper after wiping. Earlier I had a larger amount of discharge as well but not now. I have been having braxton hicks contractions like crazy. And also I have noticed some pressure.. It hurts to the point of sometimes I have to stop walking and kinda bend over a little till the eases off. Should I be worried? I didn't go into labor on my own with my first so I have no idea what signs or symptoms to look for that may be leading to labor. Does this sound concerning?
