Too soon??

Hey girls I have a question. I'm about a week after my ovulation date and if my calculations are correct we (hubs and I) should have a great chance of making a baby:) I am having an issue with my stomach( nausea, diarrhea, bloating) and my nipples are sore. I know all this may be a bit TMI but I feel it's best to be honest. I was wondering if it was to early after conception(fingers crossed) to be having actual symptoms.
