Boyfriend & mom issue..

My mom has been planning to come stay a week after the baby is here at our house to help with things. Now all of the sudden, he doesn't want her to come bc he will be enough help... I don't want to burn that bridge with my mom especially since he will be at work all day & im going to here with the baby alone. I know I can do it & I can handle it, but having my mom here would really mean a lot to me.. & I feel like she would be a big help.. But he's not having it & its causing us to argue. What do I say? What do I do? 😣
