Paragard vs Mirena

So I was originally going to have them tie my tubes during my csection Tuesday but we finally got approved for Medicaid and they need 30 days notice. We just relocated to Denver to have our son at children's hospital (8hrs from home) because he has a major heart defect. So my next option is to get an IUD. I am thinking paragard the copper one because I don't want the hormones. My body hates hormonal birth control and I want to pump as much as I can without and hinderance to my supply. I would love opinions on paragard vs mirena from people who have had them.
