HELP AM I PREGNANT

I've had the nexplanon for over 6 months now , not a single period only brown discharge every now and then , but latley its been really bad like mucus like now and dark and now when I wipe I see a pinkish red color. I've been having some stomach pains and pain in the back on my left side right above my hip . Any ideas on what's going on , should I be worried ?
