Period problem!! PLEASE HELP

The last few months my period has been super late my last period was 47 days late then I got my period and it only lasted 3 days when it usually last 5-6 days now I'm late again this month by 11 days Should I be worried my period was always on time and I got it the same time every month. The weird part about it is I'll cramp and feel off for a few days like I'm getting my period and thenit doesn't  come.
