Does high cervix means fertile days?

I had my pd about a week ago, and most of the time when I have intercourse with my husband it hurts so bad as he hits my cervix, but not today, it felt so damn great I believe my cervix is high.. this time he didn't hit it like he always does. FYI, I have extremely irregular cycles and I never get egg white CM. just sticky stretchy transparent CM. Thanks!
