Fast ways to get rid of constipation?

Ok so I'm a really poor Uni student and have $0 and I'm sooooo constipated and it hurts! I've sat on the toilet for like 3 hours today and nothing 😭 any ways you can recommend for me to excrete this horribleness without buying anything? I also have my period so constipation cramps and period cramps mixed together are the freaking worst 😢😢 sorry if it's tmi but I need so advice haha

1/2 apple juice and 1/2 prune juice warmed up A little with 2 tblsp sugar added and drink it down.. follow with lots of water and exercise/ walking around.. There's a tea called smooth move that you can buy also.. If you try teas or coffee remember caffeine can dehydrate and make it worse so lots of water

When you sit on the toilet find something like a stool or a pile of  books to lift your feet up onto, this simulates the squatting position and should help the constipated poo come out a bit easier. Whatever you do don't push too hard, I tried to do that and ended up throwing up and bruising my tummy muscles.

Also I find benefibre helps me, I think it's like $14 here in Australia I'm not sure about the rest of the world but you put a small spoon in some juice or cereal and you'll be pooping in no time
