Mucus plug loss @ 30 weeks?

Question

I am 30 weeks today and I'm almost positive I lost my mucus plug last night! I'm a FTM so I had to google what the stuff was! Should I be scared or call my OB or does this happen to almost everyone? Feel free to comment !😊😊

It can grow back if lost too early I started losing mine about that time and am losing it again at 39 weeks

Losing your plug doesn't mean labour is hours away.. I lost my full plug 11 weeks ago, confirmed by doctor and midwife, you can lose parts of it and it will regenerate. You don't need to call them but if it helps you and eases your mind give them a call :)

If you have blood you need to call. Yes losing your plug can be no big deal, but my best friend lost hers and went into labor a couple of weeks later--6 weeks early. Take it seriously. Take it easy too.
