Nervous!

So last week I had all kinds of symptoms sore nipples. Bloating, stomach and back cramps, nausea. And it just seems like they have stopped!?!? I had irregular periods so Not sure how far along I am but I would say probably around 5 weeks or a little more. My first ob appt is tomorrow! I just hope I get to see the baby on the ultrasound to get some relief but don't know if I will be too early :(
