Need some advice.
So, I quit smoking cold turkey the day I found out I was expecting (roughly two weeks ago). I have never been more agitated or emotional in my life. I know a lot of it is from hormones, but this is seriously becoming an issue. Does anyone have any tips on how to handle/ lighten up cravings and emotions? I'm at a loss at this point. I work in a very high stress/ high activity environment and I can't afford to punch anyone.
