Heavy periods
Hey there! I just got my period back after six months of secondary amenorrhea and holy cow is it heavy! Like, my menstrual cup is filling up every 2-3 hours instead of 8-12. Before, my periods were pretty light, so I have no idea how to deal with this. Anyone have some advice? Thanks!
