I'm new here

Hello my name is Hilda and I'm 24 years young. I decided to download the app to keep track of my periods and mainly because my current period has by far been the worst. I started cramping a week before I began my period but no bleeding. 😓 I almost thought I was pregnant.. This would be my 2nd day on my "normal" period. But the cramps are excruciating. I want to keep track of this to show my obgyn next time I visit her.
