Is it safe to drink raspberry leaf tea during your second trimester ? I heard really good things about it but I'm confused of when I should start drinking it , I'm currently 17 weeks. Thanks 😘

It's usually recommended you don't start rrl or evening primrose oil until 30-32 weeks.

I read that small amounts r ok but to b careful with drinking alot because it can supposedly induce labor iv been drinking it here and there since I was 5 weeks and I'm now 13w almost 14w and baby is aok lol
