7wks + strange pain

This is my second pregnancy. I never recalled this feeling but I somewhat think it feels familiar, before my test could even test positive this pregnancy I remember one night with sharp stomach pains that drove me to the bathroom and I couldn't go nor could I throw up (felt very nauseated) none of this is linked with any bleeding but the same exact thing happened last night star puns 3am. Any advice? My OB is in surgery all day.
