Tonsil Stones

Lately my right side of my throat hurts and the other day this small little thing came up 😩 i've had them before and they usually just went away BUT now they're hurting me. It hurts to swallow so bad then it feels like a tickle in my throat ; i dont see anything BUT i know their in there !! Then on top of that sometimes i get this disgusting taste so I immediately brush my teeth !! I've tried the garggling salt water and nothing is helping !! I CANT DO THIS I NEED HELP !! but am i the only one experiencing this?
