Likelihood of pregnancy?

I'd like to start of saying I'm not freaking out or worrying, just curious. I am on my second month of the pill. I'm usually right on the dot about taking my pill but have been up to 15 minutes late on occasion. My fiancé came inside me on the 14th day of my cycle. I know pregnancy while on the pill isn't likely, but what are the chances of it happening?
