How to be sure you O with clomid?

Let me explain, I saw a fertility specialist today for my follow up. She told me that because I had a cycle of 28 days at my first clomid cycle- and because af showed her face, I was most likely because I had ovulated.           
She didnt want to make any further test (progesterone) and told me to continue with clomid.... I cant take opk because I have PCOS and its just not accurate with me. Clomid makes me so dry so I cant know my CM really well too. But I take my temp, which looks good last cycle....do you think its enough to say I ovulate with clomid? I dont understand why Im not monitored with blood test ...

yes, judging by your chart, you definitely ovulated!

I also have pcos. The opks do work.  The reason they put on the box that they don't work with pcos is because most people with pcos don't have regular cycles so it's hard to know when to test. If you are on clomid you should be ovulating at a normal time in your cycle so the opk will work just fine.

Judging by that chart, it does indeed look like you ovulated.

With me, they dont work. I think we are all different...what I mean is that they may detect LH surge but I dont automatically ovulate because I always have high hormones levels. I know it because I used to have random real positive during my period, for 8-9 days in a row before clomid and I never had a single period in almost a year.
