Make up for delivery ???

I'll be getting induced Sunday at midnight & I want to pay for my makeup to be professionally done BUT I'm a FTM so I really have no idea what I'm in for...... Any moms have a suggestion on wether it's worth it or not?

Don't bother. You'll sweat it all off and your hair will be even more of a disaster. Get some good falsies and smudge proof liner- as long as your eyes be lookin fly no one else will notice anything else.

Don't have it professionally done before birth. If you want to spend the money, have them come in the day of your newborn photos or after the birth. You're going to sweat, cry, scream, and want a shower right after birth.

No need, its a waste of money.. Just take your mascara and lip gloss with u and apply them after delivering the baby.. You'll look alot prettier and cleaner 😂

Lmao!!!! Sorry that sounds absolutely rediculous! Why??? You will likely be in labor for a good 24 hours if it's your first. I sweated so bad it was disgusting. I'm not sure what the point would be?

I really thought about doing my make up. I go all out for work and parties. Even pool parties I'll do a full face. If I'd worn make up during my babys birth I would have looked like the picture of the joker lol. I didn't have an epidural I was covered in sweat and I was constantly holding my face and wiping my eyes. Plus if I had labored any longer I would have gotten in the shower. Once you're holding your baby you'll look amazing with or without make up. I personally wouldn't spend the money. Save it for pampering postpartum.

I would just bring your makeup and freshen yourself up after you give birth. It will not stay in place during labour.

If you don't mind rockin the raccoon look in photos after birth then go for it lol other wise I wouldn't advise it. Make up does not stay in place during birth. If you must wear makeup I'd suggest maybe just some foundation and maybe mascara. Birth isn't glamorous and I personally don't think you need to look your best for it.
