Hypothalamic amenorrhea
I am 31 and just found out I have hypothalamic amenorrhea. I have had a period since stopping birth control 7 months ago. The docs have no idea why I have this. I am thin and exercise but not to excess. Anyone have experiences with this? I haven't heard much about it.
