Pregnancy Test

The month (Feb) is almost over I have yet to receive my period, and according to eve there's a 27% of high pregnancy, so I took a clear blue digital test today and it said "not pregnant". How accurate are digital tests? Should I try another brand? In your opinion which pregnancy test is most accurate? I'm so confused. I've never used a test before so I'm not sure how it all works
