All my symtoms just gone!

So I'm 11 weeks 1 day and I've been suffering with really bad morning sickness where I ended up in hospital on a drip... yesterday I woke up feeling amazing! I thought oh this is just a one off but today I've woke up feeling the same! Headaches have gone & so have the really sore boobs! But I'm having some cramping which I'm kinda worried about (no blood) this is my 4th pregnancy after 3 miscarriages I'm so worried I'm having a silent miscarriage again! Is this normal?!
