Constipation..

Okay so I'm 7dpo and for the past two days I haven't been able to poop so much so to the point it's made me sick to my stomach and nauseated. This morning I went to the bathroom but it was (tmi) really big and hard and it made me bleed is this a normal thing for this time frame?
