Today I've been feeling heavy down there not too heavy to cause concern though

Earlier on i squatted close to the floor and wiped (don't know what possesed me but I did) probably because I felt a bit wet down below and thought the worst so when I wiped I felt "puffy" down below so I put a clean finger inside and I could feel something hard but obviously still squishy which I'm assuming is my cervix, I just didn't need to put my finger in very far at all! I have a midwife appointment tomorrow and a private sexing scan. Hoping to mention to my midwife but I'll get into trouble for poking and prodding down there. Now I have lower back pain (not unusual also) and slight cramps (again not unusual) but feel a bit heavy down below! Babies heart beat is measuring about 151 Bpm on my sonoline b Doppler!
