First baby or not?

Me and my boyfriend have recently decided to stop using birth control. We've had unprotected sex plenty of times in the past couple months but have always used the day after pill. I had light bleeding last month that I mistook as my period. I began experiencing shortness of breathe and rapid heart beat, so I decided to take a pregnany test, which came out positive. But I'm in a bit of denial, because I've never experienced this before. Tomorrow I have a doctors appointment to confirm the pregnancy. I'm scared of the appointment and don't know what to expect! I havent spoken to any of my family members about it because I want to confirm the pregnancy first. I'm only 20 years old but afraid as ever.
