Late AF and increased CM. Help?

AF is 3 days late and instead Ive had a major increase in CM. Anybody have any idea why this might be? I took a hpt on first day of missed period but it was BFN.

I'm in the same boat--4 days late now and cm has been somewhere between ewcm/creamy texture since a couple of days before AF was due. Still testing BFN, with no sign of AF. We're TTC #1, so it's hard to know what to expect!
