I need your opinion

I'm 39 weeks today and I'm 5cm dilated, my baby is sunny side up so he can't engage my pelvis which is why i have not and will not go into labor

Well i have an appt on Thursday and he plans on doing a membrane sweep and i know sweeps dont always work so if by next weekend there's no baby i was thinking about discussing an induction next week

Heres why

Well amia (our daughter) is going with my SO mom when I go into labor for a week so that i can be in the hospital and at home for a few days to adjust and she's 1.5 hours away

Quan since he works in a call center in the IT dept, doesnt have access to his phone except on break and lunch (company policy)

So I'm conflicted on asking about induction date next week

I feel itll be easier for everyone's schedule

He can give his job a heads up on days hes gonna be out, his mom could come get our daughter the night before

What do u think

I'm sure if he agreed it would be like the 29th or 1st which is my dd

But it would be easier to not have to guess when labor will start
