Woke up with the flu 😑

Totally miserable. Throwing up, diarrhea, occasional stomach pains, can't even keep saltines down. Babe is still moving :) I'm 37+3. Anyone else had the flu in late pregnancy? From what I understand the main complications that can occur are preterm labor (past that point) and fever causing birth defects in early pregnancy (also past that point). So I guess I'm just looking for reassurance that everything will be ok, despite how miserable this is!!! My dr just said to try to stay hydrated and call if a fever developed or I had any intense cramping.
