BBT after confirmed O
Does anyone stop temping after O confirmed?
I feel like I'm super stressed out during my TWW because of bbt. I get nervous about any downward change and I thinks it's just giving me un needed street.
I'm thinking of putting the thermometer away during TWW.
Anyone do this? Is there any downfall to this?
